Salamina Municipality organizes carnival and traditional Koulouriotikο carnival in Selinia with old traditions, while treating the world with sweet wine and the traditional galaktoboureko and macaroni and cheese.

Karaiskakeia

Cultural and sporting events in honor of the hero of the War of 1821Karaiskakis. Made towards the end of May.

Fisherman's Feast

Great folk festival jointly organized by the Municipality of Salamis and the angling club on the island. Offers grilled fish and plenty of wine. Place towards the end of August.

Events taking place to commemorate the historic national anniversary of the Battle of Salamis in September 22nd in the Uknown soldier in Syntagma , 28th in the Ancient hurbor,the Tomp of Salamis fighters and 29th the national parade in the ancienr harbor.September 22 - 29.

Festival City Salamis

Concerts, theater, folklore, cultural and other events are held during the summer in Euripides Theatre. The winter events take place in room "D. Bogri" at City Hall​
